Banyan Tree Residences Phuket brings together every branded residence and villa collection the Banyan Group has built inside Laguna Phuket, the integrated resort community on Bang Tao Beach.
The portfolio spans two generations of the brand in Phuket. The original Grand Residences collection — together with its later phases, Seaview Residences and Beach Terraces — introduced Banyan Tree branded living to Laguna Phuket starting in 2019. The newer Beach Residences line added six further collections named after sea deities: Oceanus, Aegir, Mazu, Nammu, Sirena and Varuna, each a small, private cluster of villas or low-rise residences close to Bang Tao Beach. A tenth collection, Lake Residences Yara, sits beside Laguna Phuket's lagoon rather than the beachfront.
